We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Return requests must be submitted before sending any item back.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened skincare products
- Used beauty tools
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We'll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund if approved.
